Wondering about your Room Assignment?

Room assignments and your move-in time will be sent to you through your Queen’s email address on August 23rd around 4:30pm ET. Please note that we do not accept any room change requests prior to Thursday, September 6th, so we ask that you do not call, e-mail or visit us about room change requests prior to that date.

The process takes some time as we work through separate lotteries to manage assignments for approved medical accommodations, roommate requests, living/learning communities, award winners, and cancellations.

We typically send room assignments via e-mail approximately one week before move-in day.
