1. Visit: https://queens.erezlife.com/login/
2. Click on “activate account”
3. Enter your Queen’s email address (and ignore the RMS #)
As a Non-Queen’s or BISC Student
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and the email address that you wish your application to be tied to.
2. Residence Life will create an account for you.
3. You will receive a “eRezLife Password Reset” email from eRezlife software.

Residence Program Assistants help coordinate large scale events that help foster a sense of belonging within the larger residence community. These events focus on the student experience and compliment Don community programs.
Why be a Front Desk Represenative?
Residence Front Desk representatives help coordinate the daily operations of the Residences and are available 24 hours a day to help students navigate their first year at Queen’s.
