Checking in details:
Important: If you will be arriving later than our official move-in day (or later than your stated faculty date), notify Residence Admissions by email at firstname.lastname@example.org – otherwise, your room will be cancelled after 3 days.
- You will receive a move-in time with your room assignment via e-mail at the end of August.
- You will receive your keys and your student card at check-in. Soon after you arrive in your room, make sure that you complete the on-line ‘Room Assessment’ form. This will give you the opportunity to notify us of the condition of your room and will protect you from being billed for damage or losses that may have been present in your room upon you taking occupancy.
- A member of our Residence Life team will be there to welcome you!
There are several parking lots on main and west campus (check the ‘parking lots’ tab at the top right of the map to view). You do not require a parking permit for surface lots on move-in day (some underground garages may charge a fee).
