Online and Telephone Banking Methods
You can use internet or telephone banking at most major banks and trust companies.
If your own bank account is not set up for internet banking/telephone banking, your deposit can be paid from someone else’s account (perhaps a parent or guardian). We honour the date that payment is submitted online; please note that it may take several days to reach our office. For more information, contact your bank branch.
- Go to the bill payment section and search for Queen’s University as a new payee (this may also be called Queen’s University tuition)
- Select Queen’s University and enter your Queen’s 8-digit Student ID as the account number
- Enter the amount of the deposit as $525.00 CDN and confirm you wish to make the payment
IMPORTANT: Please record the bank’s confirmation number and/or print off your confirmation message in case there are any delays. If you have any questions or run into problems, please contact the Queen’s University Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Most Canadian banks offer telephone banking to transfer funds – simply contact your bank and follow their telephone prompts.
$325.00 of your $525.00 deposit is refundable if you cancel in writing to Residence Admissions at email@example.com by July 5, 2019. No refunds are available for cancellations after that date (note: refunds are only applicable for undergraduate applications).
Exchange student refunds are only given if a space is not available.
Upper year depsoits are non-refundable.
Please note that if you are cancelling your academic offer, you must also cancel your residence application by contacting Residence Admissions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
