Room Assignment – Returning Students

Returning Students:

The application for returning students is available on November 18th.  Students who fill in an application will be contacted by Residence Admissions with an offer.  To accept the offer, students will have 7 days to provide a non-refundable $800 residence deposit in order to hold their spot.  Both the deposit and the application must be received for the application to be complete.  Upper year students will be housing in Smith House and Jean Royce Hall for 2019-2020.  Offers are given on a first come, first served basis until all spots are full.

  • Availability is based on the number of first-year guaranteed enrollment applications
  • Building assignments will be in single plus rooms in Smith House (full mandatory meal plan) and single rooms at Jean Royce Hall (reduced meal plan).
  • You must submit a deposit of $800.00 by the deadline provided by Residence Admissions to confirm your acceptance
  • Room assignments will be available late summer and you will receive and email from Queen’s with your room number.  Please do not unsubscribe from Queen’s weekly emails as this is the email account that will send your room assignment.
